Experimental investigation on the thermophysical properties of the ionic liquid-based binary system for heat transfer applications

Based on the innovation in development of Ionic Liquids (IL), aim present work is to investigate thermophysical properties novel hydrophilic ionic liquid 1-Ethyl-3-Methyl Imidazolium Tetra FluoroBorate (EMIMBF4) and water as binary systems experimentally at various mass fraction temperatures. A Room-Temperature Liquid blended with deionized four different fractions 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% prepare an mixture room temperature. Thermal stability characteristics EMIMBF4 such thermal conductivity (TC), specific heat capacity, viscosity, density, were measured temperature range 25?C 90?C. The results reveal that capacity increased by 13 %, TC enhanced 9%, 5wt% fraction. overall drop reached 75.1 % 20 wt fractions.
